Mango Properties is a local company started by a dynamite husband wife team. It began in 2019, and has grown every year since. We believe that people should receive great service, and treat each transaction and property as if it were our own. We promise honesty, integrity, and respect.
Kenzi Garcia

Kenzi is from Highland, UT. She and Nes have been married for 10 years and have 4 amazing kids and 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities like horseback riding, ATVing, and swimming with her kids.
After workng for over a decade as a Hair and Makeup artist, Kenzi fell in love with real estate. She went from making over people to making over houses, and getting her Real Estate license became an easy choice. She loves to help people envision what a house can be and how to make it their own. She has an eye for design and offers that expertise to her clients as part of her services.
Kenzi also heads up our Property Management division. She apprenticed under an amazing Property Manager in St George, UT after completing her Real Estate License. The Garcia's moved to northern Utah in 2019 and and have been gaining Property Management client's trust ever since.

Nes and Kenzi met in Saint George, Ut over 17 years ago and have been a power duo ever since. Nes is from the Bay area of California, but has lived in Utah since he was 12.
He attended Utah Valley University where he got a degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Business Management.
Nes enjoys wood working and restoring vintage furniture. He has renovated homes and has a knack for determining how best to increase the value. He brings this expertise to our clients to help them get the best return on their investment.
